FENCE DEPOT is a leading manufacturer of high-quality temporary fencing solutions. Our welded temporary fence mesh is manufactured to comply with the Australian Standard AS 4687-2007, ensuring robust performance and safety. These portable and self-standing fences are ideal for a wide range of applications, including building projects, construction sites, crowd control, sporting sidelines, and boundary barriers. Welded wire fence panels are also commonly used for temporary mesh fencing and hoarding to ensure public safety on worksites.
We utilise the premium materials to produce our welded mesh temporary fences, guaranteeing durability and stability. Our fences are constructed from high-strength carbon steel, providing exceptional stability and longevity. To further enhance their performance, we employ powder coating or hot-dip galvanising techniques, making our fences rust-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and oxidation-resistant. These high-quality materials and advanced manufacturing processes significantly extend the lifespan of our products, making them suitable for diverse Australian environments.
The standard size of our Australian temporary fencing panels is 2400mm × 2100mm. Each temporary fence panel features a self-supporting structure and can be easily interconnected to ensure overall stability. Our products are designed for easy assembly and can be configured to create any required area.
As a professional temporary fencing supplier, FENCE DEPOT understands that one size doesn’t fit all. We offer customised solutions to meet your specific needs. We can tailor sizes, materials, and processes to suit unique usage scenarios and customer requirements. Contact us today to discuss your project and how we can provide the perfect temporary fencing solution.

Our welded mesh temporary fences meet the Australian regulations for temporary mesh fencing panels as outlined in AS 4687-2007 “Temporary Fencing and Hoardings.”
The temporary fence panels are constructed from hot-dipped galvanised steel, ensuring they can withstand forced break-ins and various weather conditions.
When you purchase our temporary fence panels, you invest in a long-lasting solution. Made from industrial-grade steel, they are resistant to corrosion, rust, and harsh environmental conditions.
CAN Industrial designs both heavy-duty and economy-grade Australian temporary mesh fence panels suitable for commercial and industrial applications. These panels are also perfect for renovations, film sets, events, outdoor activities, and more.
Our galvanised fence panels are lightweight yet provide maximum industrial strength to protect your property effectively.
The temporary fence panels offer robust security for secluded areas. Whether you need a construction fence for your project or simply want to secure your premises, our temporary welded wire fence panels are the ideal choice.
The temporary fence panels are designed to work with a modular fencing system, providing you with endless configuration options to meet your fencing needs.
Our galvanised Australian temporary fencing panels come complete with a ground stand and top lock, so you won’t need to purchase any additional accessories separately.
All galvanised steel pipes and wires are rigorously inspected upon arrival. We verify compliance with our detailed specifications, including steel grade (typically AS/NZS 1163 Grade C350 or equivalent), and dimensional tolerances (± 1mm).
Galvanised steel pipes are precisely cut to the specified lengths according to the approved engineering drawings using automated cutting machinery. Cutting tolerances are maintained at ± 0.5mm to ensure accurate frame assembly.
Both ends of the pipes are flattened using hydraulic presses to create a secure and stable connection point for welding. The flattening process is carefully controlled to ensure consistent dimensions and prevent damage to the galvanised coating. Pressure is typically set at 150-200 bar, depending on pipe diameter and wall thickness.
High-tensile galvanised wires are straightened and precisely welded into mesh panels using automated resistance welding machinery. Welding parameters are carefully controlled to ensure strong and consistent welds. Mesh aperture sizes are typically 50mm x 100mm or 75mm x 150mm, but can be customised.
The fence frame structure is assembled and welded using MIG welding techniques. Weld penetration is visually inspected and periodically tested using non-destructive testing methods (e.g., dye penetrant testing) to ensure compliance with AS/NZS 1554.1.
Following welding, all weld areas are thoroughly cleaned to remove welding slag and any surface imperfections. Where the galvanised coating has been compromised during welding, a zinc-rich repair compound (containing >90% zinc) is applied to restore corrosion protection. This ensures the integrity of the galvanised coating is maintained across the entire fence panel.
For enhanced corrosion protection, particularly in harsh coastal environments, a zinc-rich epoxy primer is applied to the entire fence panel via electrostatic spraying. The primer contains a minimum of 80% zinc by weight and is applied to a dry film thickness of 50-75 microns. This provides a sacrificial layer of zinc that protects the underlying steel from corrosion.
A durable, UV-resistant powder coat finish is applied over the zinc-rich primer via electrostatic spraying. The powder coating is cured in a high-temperature oven to create a tough, scratch-resistant finish. A wide range of colours is available to meet customer requirements. Powder coating thickness is typically 60-80 microns.
All products undergo a final inspection before packaging and dispatch to ensure they meet our strict quality standards and customer specifications. We maintain detailed records of all quality control checks for traceability and continuous improvement.
